Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, training, equipping, and retaining 275 volunteers. These volunteers connect, relate, and engage with the K/1 kids (age 5-7) to move them towards being Christ-centered.
You will utilize your leadership gifts to lead the volunteers as well as the kids.
