Job Description:

This person is passionate about recruiting, leading and developing the Junior High ministry’s small group (Group Life) staff and volunteer team and encouraging these adults into a deepening relationship with Jesus Christ. This person will provide the vision, strategy and daily management of a dynamic staff of three Group Life Pastors each responsible for the recruitment and development of small group coaches and leaders for their 50+ small groups. This person is passionate about Junior High students and wants to create a team and a discipleship model that fully engages, trains and coaches the best student and adult volunteer small group leaders…. who in turn disciple and teach Junior High students and model a vibrant and authentic personal relationship with Jesus.

Do you have a strategic mind and a proven ability to manage staff and teams well?



Do you get energized by leading and discipling adult leaders?



Do you have a natural ability to attract, recruit, lead and equip talented small group leader volunteers?



Do you exhibit a compelling "platform" presence and enjoy occasional teaching and curriculum writing?
