Job Description:

This person is passionate about leading a ministry that disciples, teaches and models a lifestyle of healthy, biblical financial stewardship for the Willow Creek Community Church body. This person will create and implement learning opportunities that teach the practical application of these life giving biblical financial stewardship principals to the individuals and families of the Willow Creek Community Church body. This person will provide response models that embody compassion while providing directive action items for those in financial crisis, as well as provide wise and challenging counsel to those who have abundance encouraging biblical ways to participate in kingdom endeavors that best leverage their passions, "holy discontent”, calling and resources.

Do you have a passion for modeling and teaching stewardship principles and practices in a church setting?

Do you have a strategic mind and a proven ability to manage teams well?

Do you have a natural ability to attract, recruit, lead and equip talented volunteers for the stewardship ministry?

Do you exhibit a compelling "platform" presence and enjoy teaching and writing about biblical financial stewardship principles?
