Job Description:

Cove Church (www.CoveChurch.com) is seeking a full time Children's Ministry Team Leader. Cove is a fast growing contemporary and dynamic church in Huntsville AL that exists to help people Discover a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and then Develop and Demonstrate a Christ like lifestyle. Our vision is to transform the Tennessee Valley through reproducing authentic Christ-centered communities. We are preparing to launch our first multi-site campus in 2011, and will launch up to 8 more by 2020. A core part of our strategy is creating dynamic children's ministry experiences at each campus. This Team Leader will be responsible for helping to develop the children's ministry leadership and staffing strategy for all campuses as well as continuing our main campus ministry.Our current worship attendance is averaging 1300, with 370 in Kids Cove.

We are currently utilizing the First Look / 252 Basics and Orange philosophy of ministry with our children. Our current team leader is moving on to be a part of a new church plant team in the area, but leaves a fantastic team (paid and volunteers) in place. Applicants MUST be experienced in team settings, able to cast vision and motivate leaders, and passionate about reaching children. If you like Sunday School, this is NOT a job for you!
