Job Description:
Work with a small groups team to support, recruit and develope leaders. Would like someone who had at least 5 years expericence working with group management of more than 50 groups. We are a cell based church with a development process in place that you would be apart of. We produce our own DVD based curriculum with three alignment series each year. You would be replacing a current zone leader who oversees approximately 70 groups with the goal of expanding that to 100 within two years.
