Job Description:
Worship Director Position Available
We are now accepting resumes for the full time position of Worship Director. Working under the direction of the Senior Worship Pastor, the Worship Director will oversee the instrumental music ministry (band & orchestra), create customized music arrangements, assist with worship planning, facilitate music/worship training and development, and assist with special music and worship events. The candidate must have a bachelors degree in music and be skilled at playing at least one primary instrument (piano is preferable) in addition to a secondary instrument (orchestral instrument). Experience rehearsing and leading a band and orchestra, creating music arrangements and strong organizational and management skills are required.
