Job Description:
Owen Sound Alliance Church, a congregation of 400 in southern Ontario, seeks a catalytic pastor who is passionate about multiplying the church through small group ministry and church planting. This person will be responsible for resourcing a growing small group ministry with the ultimate goal of releasing small groups as autonomous, lay-led church plants. This team member must have strong discipleship and teaching gifts and be skilled at identifying, rallying and training leaders.
