Job Description:
BCN is looking for a full-time High School Pastor. The position would minister to students (9th-12th grade) and their families. At this time average attendance is between 60-70 students. Qualified candidates should have an out-going personality, values relationships with students and adults have the ability to develop a team and also be a team player. Youth ministry experience is preferred along with some organizational skills. A heart and passion to serve others and live out the gospel is a must.

Beavercreek is minutes away from Dayton and Wright-Patterson AFB and less than hour from Cincinnati and Columbus. Population is just under 40k and is composed mainly of young, white-collar professional families.
