GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This full time position is responsible for giving oversight to our student ministry as well as the ministry staff and volunteers. This individual will be a key part of the Village Meadows Ministry Team and is expected to provide a comprehensive plan for this ministry in line with the Church’s overall vision of making disciples of Christ. Settling in at our new campus has provided us new opportunities to reach more teens for Christ. This is why it is critical the student ministry plan include a workable discipleship model that has tangible goals set for the future of this ministry and flows from the student ministry into the overall ministry of the church. It is also a position that will require recruitment strategies to maintain and train volunteers.
