Short and Sweet Description:
This person is passionate about leading junior high students in and through worship and programming experiences and developing them into fully devoted followers of Christ.

The Full Description:
In this role as a worship leader you will be the person responsible for the leadership, creation and delivery of highly engaging worship and programming experiences for the junior high ministry’s 3 weekend services, retreats and special events. You will utilize your leadership skills and creative communication skills to execute weekend music programs including: leading of student bands and vocal teams, design worship sets, recruit and train student and adult volunteers and obtain music charts. You will also collaborate with Elevate’s Director, creative programming team and teaching staff, Group Life Pastors, Director of Operations, volunteers, students and parents.

worship music and by leading special projects and events
• Have a passion for coming alongside students and leaders in growing their understanding of living a worship
lifestyle.

• Have proven experience recruiting, leading, developing and envisioning artists and building student bands
and vocal teams
• Communicate clearly and creatively to engage large groups of junior high students in culturally relevant
ways that encourage them to grow in their relationship with Christ
• Work best when you’re collaborating with other people and teams
• Junior high students think you are “cool” and are drawn to you because of your vibrant relationship with Jesus
