Job Description:

Eagle's View Church is a growing community of believers who love God and others without pretension. Worship and attitude are contemporary, messages are Word-based with practical life application, staff is dedicated, hard-working, casual and likes to laugh.

Our new Pastor of Student and Adult Spiritual Development will be dedicated to helping youth and adults grow spiritually, raising up and equipping leaders, developing Biblically sound, relevant and effective programs to nurture church members and draw in the unchurched.

Primary responsibility: To develop and give direction to a complete and integrated program of student and adult ministries, including training lay leaders and equipping people to use their spiritual gifts in ministries.

This Student Pastor will provide pastoral leadership to students by being personally accessible and facilitating relationships between students and student workers, build the Student Leadership Ministry Team, and oversee all programming.

This Pastor of Adult Ministries will oversee all Life Groups and educational classes, develop and oversee an assimilation and spiritual development process for all guests and attendees, oversee the greeter/usher/parking ministry.

Qualifications: This Pastor will demonstrate a consistent lifestyle of 1 Tim 3 and Titus 2; has more than 5 years experience in attracting, equipping, & involving a diverse group of people in a variety of programs; is able to relate well to students, parents, single and married adults; uses organizational, administrative and computer skills in ministry duties.
