Job Description:
Heritage Church, a multi-campus Wesleyan Church located in Rock Island, Illinois and Bettendorf, Iowa is seeking an energetic leader to oversee the Adult Ministry Department and to share the preaching load with the senior pastor. The position is responsible for at least 10% of the yearly preaching load (other teaching opportunities will be assigned as well) and for providing oversight and management to the individual ministry leaders of Small Groups/Discipleship, Connections, Missions & Evangelism, Congregational Care, and Young Adults. The preferred candidate will have a degree in a related area with a minimum of 5 years experience in full-time pastoral ministry and a minimum of 3 years experience in organizational leadership.
