Job Description:
Are you looking for a chance to build a vibrant youth ministry but hoping to stay in California with our wonderful weather? We’re hoping to find someone who’s familiar with the “West Coast culture” who can relate to today’s youth.

Our church has just gone through a major “re-tooling” and determined that it is our mission to become the presence of Jesus in our community by growing disciples, connecting deeply with people, and serving our neighbors locally and globally.

Our Senior Pastor is looking for a partner to help accomplish these goals and create an environment where our students can be prepared for a lifetime relationship with the Lord.

It is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who has a Bachelor’s (and hopefully a Seminary) Degree, with at least three years of experience in Youth Ministry. This is a full-time salaried position with three weeks of paid vacation and a residence assistance bonus after one year.
