Job Description:
We are seeking a youth pastor who is both professional and creative: bringing fresh ideas to an active youth ministry. Must have a strong prayer and devotional life with a strong desire to mentor both teen boys and girls in following Christ. Candidate will develop youth small home groups. The successful candidate will be willing to train and develop leaders--both adults and students. Yearly youth events include a mission trip, summer youth camp, and district youth convention. Also included in responsibilities are planning of quarterly youth events.

Must have minimum of 1year mentorship, college credit, global university, or similar training. Salary range will be commensurate with experience and education.
