Job Description:

Applications are being accepted for the position of Technical Operations Director.

Responsibilities include the management, development, organizing, implementing, recruiting, team building and training of the production personnel relating to the Technical Ministry. Knowledge of sound is a must. Knowledge of lighting and video would be a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
1 Assist the Creative Arts Pastor
2 Oversee all technical aspects of Highlands Fellowship
3 Oversee all technical crew members and audio director(s)
4 Assist in the training/recruitment of production volunteers
5 Continuing Education in the field of Production/Management
6 When called upon by the staff and approved by supervisor, employee should willingly perform such tasks, which
might not be considered part of the normal position description.

Uphold Biblical priorities in life, in the order outlined below:
1. Growing personal relationship with Christ
2. Relationship with spouse (if married)
3. Relationship with children (if applicable)
4. Purpose in life/belong/grow/serve/share/worship
Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
Financially support the works of ministries of Highlands Fellowship by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of Highlands Fellowship employees, as
defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.

Work Schedule:
40+ Tuesday-Sunday
