The Chief Financial Officer is required to manage and implement systems, procedures and policies to appropriately identify, verify and document all receipts into TWC and all expenditures. The CFO must have knowledge and understanding of Banking processes…deposits, writing checks, bank reconciliations, etc. and provide an audit trail acceptable to customarily standard accounting procedures. Direct report is to the General Manager and Office Manager.


Understanding of Payroll & Purchase Order processes.
Provide complete, accurate and well-presented financial reports.
Review and verify all vendor invoices for accuracy with the Bookkeeper.
Coordinate and facilitate the timely payment schedule for TWC payables.
Coordinate and facilitate information flow between Business Entities and TWC.
Familiarity with Accounting Software…Quick Books Pro.; File maker Pro 8.
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & OneNote.
Have a general knowledge and awareness of property insurance.
General negotiation skills for contracting with a variety of vendors and suppliers.

Supervise assigned Accounting staff.
Be an effective communicator, both in verbal and written form.
Discern and confirm priority tasks daily; Complete all assignments by specified deadlines.

Be able to perform effectively within high pressure situations.


A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Certified Public Accountant
Three to five years of continuous work experience in Business/Finance Management.
A minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
A valid driver’s license.
