The FFC Children’s Ministry has over 300 dedicated volunteers serving 800+ children (birth through fifth grade) during the weekend and mid-week worship services.
Duties and Responsibilities:

•Evaluate the current Children’s Ministry model, investigate possible alternative philosophies, build consensus with all constituencies, and implement approved changes, if any/needed.
•Work with the Children’s Ministry Team to develop an annual children’s ministry plan and budget that supports the church-wide goals. Manage Children’s Ministry activities to stay within the annual budget.

•As a member of FFC’s broader pastoral team and a member of the strategic ministry planning team, assist with the development of church-wide ministry goals.
