Job Description:
Crossroads is a young growing church outside of Baltimore MD. We are searching for a Worship Pastor who will work with the Senior pastor to lead the congregation in creative and compelling worship. The ideal candidate will have experience leading worship and managing music teams in a church setting. He or she will be comfortable behind the scenes or center stage and will have relational, musical and organizational gifts. We are excited to see who God will bring to lead a great ministry team and join in the overall vision of leading people to life changing faith. The best church work has yet to be done!
