Job Description:
EXECUTIVE PASTOR:

Looking for a passionate Christ-follower who is an experienced leader of leaders, a champion implementer and project manager, and who has proven track record of developing systems and teams toward fulfilling mission. We are an impassioned, envisioned, creative church of 1,300 in North Central Ohio. The XP will be the chief vision implementer, strategic planner, builder of teams, and extension of senior pastor. Firm minimum qualifications include: 5+ years experience as XP in church of 500+, skills in strategic planning/implementation, reference validated great people skills and proven track record of team development. Preferred: M.Div. and/or MBA, Certificate in project management and experience in large organization.
