Director of Youth Ministry

Job Description:
Aley United Methodist Church, in Beavercreek, OH, seeks candidates for the position of Director of Youth Ministry (DYM). If you have a desire to serve the Lord; a heart for youth; an ability to evaluate, coordinate, and direct the gifts of other persons; an ability to recruit, communicate, and motivate others involved in ministry then please prayerfully consider this opportunity. As DYM, your primary responsibility will be to lead and nurture the Aley youth ministry through creating, leading, managing, and nurturing a variety of opportunities designed to help the youth of Aley and our community grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. The gifts and graces required include leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
