Job Description:

Faith Church is one church with two locations that spends its energy bringing the lost to Christ. We are a fast growing contemporary church (listed 5th fastest growing church in America by Outreach Magazine for 2009) constantly growing and changing to affect our community, state, nation and world. We minister to 3,000 - 4,000 people every week.

We are a dynamic church with two campuses that are reaching the lost and unchurched and is looking for a highly energetic, creative, dedicated lover of children to direct children's volunteers on two campuses and teach children at one campus. We have children's services Saturday night and multiple services on Sunday morning and are considering potentially adding Sunday night or Tuesday night children's services. There is monthly event for fun in the community and two large outreach events per year - Bible Bootcamp (our version of vacation bible school) and Faithfest (a halloween alternative).

The age group of the children is 5-11. They have live worship with dancing and singing, interactive cirricullum with dramas, puppets, video, and teaching. We are an evangelistic church that believes in outreach and bringing in the lost, therefore on any given Sunday there are children who have not met Jesus.

The Children's Director will be will be an implementer of vision, strategic planner, builder of teams, organized and extension of the vision of the senior pastors. The position will include office hours Monday - Thursday and as with any ministry position, will encompass duties that may touch any area of the ministry and not solely focus children's activitites and duties. We will track and trend, focus on follow up and keeping touch with the children and determine routes to improve and enlarge the children's ministry constantly.

The salary range for this position is $30,000 to $40,000 dependent on experience.
