Community Life Pastor (Adult Ministries)

Job Description:: Bible Fellowship Church is a visitor friendly, Biblically focused faith community in the beach town of Ventura, California. The average attendance at Encounter, our worship service, along with programs for children and youth is approximately 1300 per weekend. We are looking for a proven leader in Community Life (adult ministries), especially small groups, with a passion to reach pre-believers balanced with discipleship. Primary strengths include ability to develop leaders and teams, desire to help people discover a pathway of connection in to authentic Christian community, and an understanding of culture. Appropriate training and at least five years’ experience leading adult ministries in a church of 500 or more is required. Email resume to pastorsearch@bfconline.org.
