Job Description:

Richmond Community Church is a contemporary, multi-site, inter-denominational church in Richmond, Virginia. RCC is a high impact church reaching seekers and developing believers with the good news of Jesus Christ. We are a growing church with multiple locations around Richmond and on the internet.

RCC is currently seeking a full time Youth and Young Adult Pastor. This person should have a passion to lead young people through relationships to Christ. The ideal candidate will oversee the church’s youth and young adult ministry, aligning it strategically with the church’s vision and mission. They will develop leaders and strategies to facilitate growth through worship, small groups and other opportunities and events among youth and young adults.

The pastoral staff team enjoys each other, is mutually supportive, prayerful, and healthy. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
