We are currently seeking a Central Operations Officer (COO) for our Central Operations at our Wornall Campus in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will enhance the internal processes and operational infrastructure of the church to support the ministry process at each site. As the primary administrative leader of the church, this position will organize, manage, and oversee all central support services to enable the sites to help individuals at all stages of their Christian faith. This position reports to the Lead Pastor and supervises the Director of Human Resources, Director of Finance, Director of Creative Services, Director of Administrative Services and the Director of the Child Development Center (preschool).

The job requirements are: Personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to the vision of CPC; excellent people skills, a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally with an MBA; strong operational experience; ideally has worked in a senior management for 10+ years with progressive experience leading to at least three years experience in operational/ administrative management; demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing HR, IT, and legal operations; skills should include organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning; demonstrated success developing and monitoring systems to manage both operational and programmatic work that involve high levels of collaboration; flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
