Seeking Christ-centered candidates for the position of Director of Institutional Advancement with minimum: Bachelor's degree and similar experience.
Character & Competencies:
Candidate must exhibit spiritual maturity, sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to team-work and excellence; possess abilities in fundraising, planned giving, public relations, communications, marketing and/or sales. Proven ability to cultivate and close major or deferred gifts is required.
Responsibilities & Relationships
The Director of Institutional Advancement will work from CrossWorld’s future head office in Kansas City, MO, reporting to the President on strategy and resourcing initiatives and to the VP of Operations on management, operations and administration of the advancement program. He/she will work closely with the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and Director of Communications to ensure effective resourcing and execution of an integrated communications plan. He/she will provide leadership to a small development team and to the organization to define key fundraising goals, (annual fund, major gifts and deferred giving) and to craft and implement innovative methods and strategies for resourcing CrossWorld.
