Job Description:
Young, growing church seeks full-time, youth and young adult pastor to develop, lead and expand current middle-school, high-school, and young adult ministries. The position includes leadership in developing teams to reach youth for Christ, disciple them, equip them, and send them out to reach others for Jesus Christ. The youth and young adult pastor is responsible to encourage and equip youth and young adults to live lives for God's glory, have oversight of all youth programs (primary role) and young adults ministry (secondary role), and continue to meet the mission statement of Edgewood Community Church.
