The Executive Digital Producer manages the production of the nationwide “sermon series in a box” campaign for congregations which integrates the following:

· Three 45 minute films on the “Big Picture” story of the Bible
· An engaging one-year Bible reading program for individuals
· Small group curriculum that accompanies the videos
· Training material for churches and small group materials to prepare them to successfully use the resources
· Marketing initiatives to attract spiritual seekers to view the films at church services or via the web
· Tertiary web content to supplement the film and connect viewers to community, more information about Big Picture issues, and next spiritual steps

The Executive Digital Producer, under the direction of the E3 Foundation Board of Directors, hires and stewards a group of highly talented vendors to complete these and future projects on time and on budget.

· Develop executive level relationships with church associations and missions groups, as well as best-in-class industry vendors
· Oversee all vendor producers and teams (video, web, curriculum writing, PR) from beginning to end of each engagement’s life cycle
· Manage project P&L by negotiating statements of work, making sure work is delivered on budget and according to project vision
· Participate in strategic development of new projects and initiatives

· Excellent development skills including writing project plans, architecting site maps and wireframes, developing functional specifications, and executing quality assurance initiatives
· Must have strong presentation, verbal and written skills
· Works well under pressure and motivates and engages team to produce best possible results.
· 7-10 years in the industry or related experience (advertising, film, or digital media), developing interactive projects and managing large creative and technology teams and clients
· Strong knowledge of web development technologies with a proven curiosity for the “what’s next”
· Experience with various project types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and audience intelligence
· Demonstrated leadership in church or missionary settings
· Deep understanding of resource allocation, work flow, and infrastructure
· Track record of quality assurance is required
