Job Description:
Grace Fellowship Church of Warren Ohio is seeking a full time Pastor of Worship to join our ministry team in leading God’s people into God’s presence through blended worship as well as sharing some pastoral and preaching responsibilities with the Senior Pastor. We are a fast growing non denominational church of 750-1000 people committed to reaching out to the unchurched and dechurched community with the message of hope in Christ.

The desired applicants must:
•Give evidence of an authentic relationship with Christ as Savior and Lord
•Be ordained
•Demonstrate a clear and passionate call to the ministry of leading worship
•Have a BA in music with the ability to arrange music and vocally lead worship
•Be experienced in planning and leading blended worship with the acoustic guitar and/or keyboard
•Be a people oriented team player and team builder
•Have experience in sound, lighting, Power Point presentations and drama
•Highly motivated, dependable, responsible and creative
•Have strong leadership skills in recruiting and developing musicians, praise teams, special music and drama teams
•Committed to the vision and values of the church modeling Christian maturity in personal and professional life
•Have a good knowledge of scripture and be a good communicator in teaching and preaching Biblical principles
•Have a servant’s heart
•Sense of humor and positive attitude

Essential responsibilities:
•Plan the worship music in partnership with the Senior Pastor
•Provide oversight to the sound, light, video, and Power Point technicians
•Direct special worship events (Christmas, Easter, etc.)
•Manage the worship ministry budget
•Direct and develop the praise team and drama ministries
•Work in a pastoral and preaching relationship with the Senior Pastor
•Provide spiritual oversight, care and communication to individuals and families associated with the music ministry of the church
•Develop a plan for the expansion of musicians, worship and drama teams
