Job Description:
Ministry is booming at the Pathway of Life Church! We have an exciting opportunity for a Building & Grounds Facilitator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of facility maintenance experience; must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and outside vendors; work independently and multi-task successfully under pressure and deadlines; address issues pro-actively; and have working experience with tools and repair – HVAC/Chiller cooling system experience preferred, as well as some electrical and plumbing experience. Candidate will perform campus and vehicle maintenance, light custodial duties including carpet and tile cleaning, and oversee remodeling programs. In collaboration with Management, the Building & Grounds Facilitator will plan, manage and administer daily operations, special projects/events and maintain strong vendor relations. Candidate must be comfortable in prayer environment, daily devotionals and weekly church attendance. Candidate should possess the ability to network and recruit volunteers for lay ministry. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum five years facility maintenance and supervisory experience
• Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to carry out verbal and written instruction
• Able to lift moderate heavy objects weighing up to 75 lbs
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with attention to detail
• Candidates must be local to the Dallas area and be available for immediate full-time consideration
• All candidates must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Church related work experience preferred
• Some experience with HVAC /Chiller cooling system, plumbing, and electrical preferred, as well as minimal vehicle maintenance
• Ability to network and recruit volunteers for lay ministry preferred
