Job Description:
The Christian Reformed World Relief Committee (CRWRC), an agency of the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA) has an opening for a Program Consultant in Tanzania.

The position will consult with one to four, small to medium, partner organizations on matters such as board development, systems and structures, human resources and administration, and program implementation. Furthermore, the position will facilitate the process of incorporating CRWRC’s development philosophy, concepts, strategies and core values in program design and implementation.

A Christian commitment to the ministry of the Christian Reformed Church along with the ability to articulate and embrace a wholistic, Biblical world and life view is vital.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least one year of cross cultural experience, and a minimum of two years of community development or organizational consultation experience are required. One must have competence in computer programs such as Microsoft office, administrative skills, and the ability to work in a team setting or with minimal supervision.
