Community Life Ministry – Area Pastor (FT)
This position is responsible for recruiting, leading, and developing volunteer leaders and teams to provide opportunities for the congregation to grow spiritually through groups, gatherings and serving opportunities. Applicants must be action-oriented with demonstrated ability to mobilize leaders, manage a vision and build effective teams. Your primary spiritual gifts should be Leadership, Apostleship and Administration. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing is essential.??
