Job Description:
The person serving in this position will diligently work to build a student ministry that equips parents for spiritual leadership as well as sends students into missional endeavors within local and global domains. This person will provide directional and executive leadership to all ministries and staff ranging from 6th through 12th grade. He/she will ensure that the Worship…Grow…Serve process of disciple-making is implemented into the dynamics of the student ministry.
