Job Description:
The person serving in this position will diligently work to build a children’s ministry that equips parents for spiritual leadership as well as establishes the disciple-making process with children. This person will provide directional and executive leadership to all ministries, partners and staff ranging from birth through 5th grade. He/she will ensure that the Worship…Grow…Serve process of disciple-making is implemented into the dynamics of the children’s ministry.
