Job Description:
The Grantham Brethren in Christ Church, located 10 miles southwest of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking a new senior pastor. The Grantham Church is a congregation of approximately 500 people in the Anabaptist/Wesleyan tradition. The successful candidate for senior pastor will have significant experience leading a multi-staff congregation in a process of transformation and will have the capacity to act as a change agent. The successful candidate will also be both a strong leader and a team builder who is able to collaborate effectively and build consensus, and will be able to communicate well and work with a broad spectrum of people. A graduate degree in biblical or theological studies is preferred. Situated in a fast-growing suburban community, the Grantham Church is adjacent to the campus of Messiah College and draws a unique blend of people.
