Willow Creek Community Church currently has 4 regional campuses with the vision of creating one church with multiple campuses. Each campus has its own Campus Pastor and fully functioning ministry team and congregation. Willow is seeking an individual who feels God may be calling them to the Campus Pastor position for our Chicago location (located in the heart of the city of Chicago). The Campus Pastor is responsible for the overall leadership of the ministry including paid staff leadership and lay leaders. All Willow Creek campuses share the same mission - “Turning irreligious people into fully devoted followers of Christ." The campus hosts our weekend service using a video feed of the teaching from the South Barrington campus with all other service elements being performed live on location. Spiritual gifts of Leadership, Administration, and Teaching preferred.
