Located in San Antonio, Texas, Valley Hi Assembly of God is a contemporary, progressive Pentecostal church whose mission is “Changing Lives for Eternity”. San Antonio is a culturally diverse area with a strong military influence. Valley Hi Assembly of God has a heart for the lost and a love for the Body of Christ. The church has experienced steady growth in recent years and is in the midst of expanding to a second location. We are missions-minded, both at home and abroad.

We are seeking a passionate and anointed minister to join our pastoral staff to serve as a youth pastor. The pastor we are seeking will be a servant leader, able to direct and develop leaders and teams in the areas of his ministry. In the area of Youth Ministries the successful candidate will possess the desire and skills to reach out, disciple, and minister to the youth as well as recruit and train youth sponsors.

As a member of the pastoral staff, the Youth Ministries Pastor will be culturally relevant and able to carry the vision of the senior pastor forward. Clearly, the ability to be a team builder, while being a team player is essential. He will be creative and progressive in style while at the same time be Pentecostal not only in doctrine, but in practice.
