Job Description:
We're looking for a person who is passionate about Jesus, Kensington and the arts. Kensington is a fast-growing multi-campus church in Oakland County, Michigan with a combined weekend attendance of 12,000. Founded in 1990, we're a seeker oriented church experiencing explosive growth. We are launching our first National Campus in Orlando, Florida and we are looking for a Creative Service Director to execute weekend services and other campus events. Must be able to intuitively and instinctively create moments through artistic expression for people to engage with God. You will recruit teams to accomplish all artistic needs for each event, plus work closely with the other campus arts directors to develop strategies for artistic, spiritual and organizational development. Experience in casting artistic vision and leading teams required. Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred. This 40 hour/week position includes weekend hours.
