Job Description:
Do you have a passion for Jesus and the arts? Kensington is a fast-growing multi-campus church in Oakland County, Michigan with a combined weekend attendance of 12,000. Founded in 1990, we're a seeker oriented church experiencing explosive growth. If you’ve got the creative eye and mind to make a huge impact through video and a bundle of energy to get it done, our Video Team needs you to shoot and edit (occasionally produce) video projects for our weekend and mid-week services, ministry projects and church-wide initiatives. Responsible for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting editing, camera, and other technical systems. Genres include, but not limited to, short films, music videos, interviews, short documentaries, and motion graphics. College degree and/or equivalent experience in video/film-related field required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong creative and technical skills a necessity. DEMO REEL REQUIRED. Solid experience with Final Cut Pro, color correction and postproduction techniques to achieve certain styles. Experience with Motion, Photoshop, DVD Studio Pro, FCP plugins, and After Effects a plus.
