Job Description:
We are a growing, contemporary, non-denominational church in Anchorage, Alaska with 1,200 weekly in attendance. The Senior Pastor has been here for 16 years. Anchorage is the second most ethnically-diverse city in America with a population of 261,000. People come to Christ virtually every week. 15% of our budget is earmarked for foreign missions. The staff works hard to pass ministry to volunteers, believing that every follower of Jesus is gifted for ministry. We major on the majors and allow freedom in the non-essentials.

The Children’s Pastor will assist parents in discipling their children. This person will be responsible for coordinating ministry to children and will oversee the Children’s staff.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, education, and job description. This position includes benefits.
