Job Description:
Summary:
Leads ministries involving Middle School and Senior High students and their families.

General Description:
* Help 6-12 grade youth DISCOVER God's grace through Jesus Christ, GROW in Faith, COMMIT to Active Service, and TELL others the Good News.
* When the Church's school, Riviera Hall Lutheran School, is in session, maintain an active presence on campus.
* Work with and continually develop a cadre of family members and other adults who are involved in the ministry.
* Conduct a relational approach to ministry through demonstrating interest in the lives of the youth.

Specific Responsiblities:
* 1 evening Middle School Youth event per week
* 1 evening Senior High Youth event per week
* Special "Hang Times" scheduled in the Youth Room
* Help with weekly school chapel while school is in session
* Retreats, conference, mission trips, fundraising events, etc.
* Offsite time with youth (such as beach/surfing/etc.)
* Weekly Sunday School
* Work with Confirmation Ministry
