Job Description:

New Life Church is currently looking for a Youth Pastor. The successful couple will above all, have a passion for youth and to see a youth group grow and blossom. Connect with the NLC vision. Having a musical background/ability to lead worship is a plus. NLC is a non-denominational/pentecostal church which has seen recent growth and needs an aggressive Youth Program. This would also be a great opportunity for someone desiring further mentoring in leadership and ministry.

1. Excellent references;
2. Live or relocate to the Sandusky area;
3. Married, wife must also be involved with the youth;
4. Some, if limited, experience in: prior youth groups/activities; teaching/speaking; in-depth Bible knowledge; computers;
5. Musically inclined;
6. Outgoing, extroverted, aggressive;
7. True passion for youth and their effect on the church and the world;
8. Same doctrinal beliefs;
9. Strong work ethic, willing to do physical labor; (a Youth Pastor wears many hats)
10. Responsible and reliable.
