Constance Free Church is in search of a unique individual to serve as our next Arts Ministry Associate. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the Arts in worship, hard-working, self-motivated, and finds fulfillment in working in a variety of Arts-based ministry areas.

Our Arts Ministry Associate is responsible for a number of things, including:
1. Leading worship for main adult worship services on a rotating schedule with our Arts Pastor
2. Transcribing and charting a lot of music
3. Leading our Visuals Team in creating and constructing backdrops in our Auditorium and other worship venues
4. Co-leading our Tech Team with emphasis on recruitment and shepherding
5. Serving as the primary worship leader for our Young Adult Ministry

Constance Free Church is an exciting, growing, multi-venue church of approximately 1,500 located in the Twin Cities Metro area. Our Creative Arts Ministry is comprised of many talented individuals and we’ve been blessed with a lot of unique opportunities! The right person for this position will possess intense creativity balanced with strong administrative aptitude, the ability to lead worship from an instrument, and the desire to embrace relational leadership.
