Associate Pastor of Student Ministries @ Solid Rock Community Church

Solid Rock Community Church is affiliated with the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches located in Fort Wayne, IN (www.fecministries.org). We have a congregation of approximately 400 and serve many communities within a 40 mile radius.

SRCC seeks an Associate Pastor with a passion for student ministries. This candidate will possess an outgoing personality with the gifts of teaching and leadership. They should be an organized, creative individual focused on uniting youth and the church, as well as fostering discipleship within.

This position will provide a unique opportunity for continued growth and effective outreach in a number of different communities. We have recently experienced tremendous growth within our youth ministries and look forward to finding God’s appointed Associate who will continue to bring glory to His kingdom through passionate, exciting youth leadership.

A Bachelor’s degree from a seminary or Christian college or university is preferred along with at least three years of youth ministries experience.
