New Venture Christian Fellowship has an exciting opportunity for a Connections Coordinator to join our talented team! The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a large church. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and multi-task successfully under pressure and deadlines with thorough attention to detail and be able to coordinate people and special events. You must be comfortable interacting with Church Leadership, Ministry Management Team, or other ministry leaders as well as be personable and professional in working with the Church body and Partners. The Connections Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Senior Pastor and in harmony with other staff members and ministry team leaders in fulfilling the church’s vision and mission as established by the Senior Pastor, acting the vital leadership role initiating administrative and organizational leadership and support for a thriving ministry, through effective assimilation of all first-time attendees and seekers to New Venture Christian Fellowship.

New Venture Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational church located in the community of Oceanside, North San Diego County. · High school graduate or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
· Experience with large church interaction is required
· Excellent computer skills needed, proficient in Adobe and Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
· Type 50+ words per minute preferred.
· Strong communication and writing skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with attention to detail.
· All candidates must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States.
