The role of Business Director is for strong leaders with the ability to organize and lead the business aspects of our Church. You hold the primary role of ensuring that the financial, information technology, human resource and office management areas of Liquid are efficient and effective and fulfill the mission of Liquid.
A proven manager with strong financial, IT and HR skills
Known for developing plans and systems that deliver results
Passionate about recruiting & supporting high capacity people
Experienced in leadership roles in either a church or corporate environment
A multi-tasker, but can follow through and get things done
Organized with a strong attention to detail
Hard-working, but know how to laugh & have a good time
Self-confident, secure and more passionate than power-hungry

Committed to the Vision & Core Values of Liquid Church
You will be:
Responsible for providing control and management over all financial systems and activities
Responsible for developing and implementing the information technology strategy
Performing the key supporting human resource activities
Leading the office management and administrative activities of Liquid
Supporting the development of stewardship and evangelism systems
Minimum requirements include:
3+ years experience serving in a church of 500+ or more OR
5 years comparable experience in corporate or team leadership
3+ years of financial and accounting experience
3+ years of IT and HR leadership
