Stapleton Fellowship Church is a growing church plant in NE Denver. We have quite a story and I would love to share it with you sometime. We are currently looking for a full-time Children's Director to lead our church into the next phase of it's growth. With many exciting events on the horizon, SFC is a great place to work and invest in the Kingdom.

We are looking primarily for an individual with a heart, love, and passion for children. We want to expand on the solid foundation we currently have in childrens ministry and continue to create an environment that is welcoming, loving, and exciting for children. We want parents to know their kids are safe and have the tools they need to continue spiritual development in the home. We are in a growing community with lots of young families which equates to an amazing opportunity to impact the next generation.

Responsibilities would include: creating and maintaining a volunteer team, curriculum, planning, creating and executing the weekend children's experience, summer daycamp, great communication, and anything else to needed to take our Children's Ministry to the next level. We currently use Elevate curriculum and wish to continue with it.

The one line job description would be "to develop a children's ministry that kids and parents love and that points families to Jesus." Attributes that would be beneficial would include: high energy, relational, low-maintenance, self-starter, able to execute without micro-management, outreach minded, relevant to the culture, creative, team player, and someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously. SFC is an amazing environment with responsible leadership structure and accountability.

Experience and education are required. Relocation to our area is also required. It should also be noted that this is not a work-from-home position.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, health insurance, an expense account, mileage allowance, cell phone allowance, conference allowance, and relocation assistance.
