Job Description:
Arundel Christian Church in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a new full-time staff position in the areas of administration and involvement. ACC is a rapidly growing church in suburban Baltimore, averaging 500 people in weekly attendance. We are looking for an individual to join our team who has excellent people skills, a heart for ministry, and a "can do" attitude. Job duties would include general office work, data entry, bookkeeping, and following up with church members. This position also has a "pastoral" component in helping people get plugged in to various ministries and activities at ACC.


Proficient in QuickBooks
Able to handle accounts payable and receivable
Skilled in managing an office with efficiency
Demonstrates ability to manage a database of church members (People Driven Software)
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, General Ministries, or relevant experience in related fields
Excellent people skills
A passion for church ministry
Human Resource skills are a plus
