Job Description:
NewPointe is looking to launch regional campuses in the very near future and is first looking to fill the roles of Campus Pastor/Directors. This role becomes the “face” of NewPointe at our regional campuses, working to ensure the success of that campus. This includes building teams, identifying leaders, managing for quality, solving problems, championing the DNA and mission of NewPointe, and ultimately through this campus leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Specifically, this role has the following Skills/Personal Traits/Abilities:
• Ability and desire to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ both personally and through systems
• Full buy in to NewPointe’s DNA, methods, philosophy, leadership and mission
• Intrinsically motivated to look for ways to keep the campus new, improved and improving
• Ability to identify problems, find solutions, and handle conflicts
• Able to effectively communicate in a vision casting, host, greeter, mentor and managerial setting
• Fully devoted follower of Christ in all areas of life
• Ability to build teams, equip and empower leaders, and hand off ministry effectively
