  • Portfolio
    • Graphic Design: Outstanding portfolio that reflects current techniques/tools, best practices, and includes experience with projects ranging from web ads to print
    • Writing / Editing: Ability to transform information into concise, compelling, and accurate 
      copy; experience writing marketing copy a plus
  • Strong listening skills and ability to translate communication needs into compelling content
  •  Strong project management skills
  •  Ability to prioritize time and effort to maximize impact
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills
  •  Highly organized and understands the value of good systems
  •  Strong serving/customer service attitude

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  •  Designs and produces digital and print products in coordination with ministry staff and within 
  • GCC brand guidelines
  •  Establishes and maintains a servant-hearted production and feedback process
  •  Updates the weekly bulletin, creates announcement slides and graphics for weekly needs
  •  Proofreads documents
  •  Creates and maintains accurate digital archive of design products
  •  Manages relationship with printer(s) and other vendors
  •  Adheres to and champions GCC style guide, branding strategies, and theological beliefs.
