Neartown Church is looking to strengthen our amazing team. We are located in the heart of Houston with a thriving ministry to the community and a big vision to help start churches in the inner loop of Houston.




Candidate Profile

The following describes many of the characteristics of the ideal candidate for the Office Administrator:



Formal education is not a predetermining factor for the selection of the new Office Administrator. However, it is preferred that the candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree.


Experience/Skills Required

Excellent task manager (detailed and organized)

Team player, but able to work alone

Above average computer skills

Eager learner in areas lacking knowledge

Loves coffee (or can enjoy the smell of coffee)

Natural Supporter

Energized in managing details

Enjoys people

Event planning/running


Additional Skills (preferred)

Graphic Design (basic skills)

Houston Rockets fan

Bilingual (spanish & english)

Bookkeeping Experience

Judo, Karate or Krav Maga
